My weight loss consultant advice me to take the human growth hormone supplement if want to boost up the speed of lose weight. According to her, this kind of supplement is not only help to look young but also increase our growth hormone production. That is an effective way to decrease body fat. Well, I have not decided whether want to take the supplement or not. I just told the consultant I need more time to understand the usage and effective of human growth hormone. I would check the information online and get back to her on next visit.

Everyone could be an actress and actor, especially is people like me. Lazy yet want to pretend hard working. All of us are the super star in the office. You would see a very busy staff working on her messy office table when the boss is around. Then, you could also see a staff that doing nothing but only playing online game with an empty table. That is the different of boss is in office and not.

My doctor tells me that consume colon cleanse might not able to help on weight loss but it could help to clean colon of undigested waste. I am feeling good to have movement every day, unlike previously once every two to three days. It makes me very uncomfortable.

Anyway, her son really have serious acne problem, maybe medicine is suitable for him. Now is the most importance time for him to take good care of face, if not he might have a “volcano” face very soon.

Many people saying that picture tell the true. What you see is always what you get. I never believe it! The presentation of picture is much better than real some time. I especially understand it after I started to play photography. A person with good photography is not only could capture beautiful photo but also could use Photoshop or other software to make the photo attracting people. That is the real beautiful picture.. haha… Sorry, I am not talking about all ah.. but some of them :p

I am still could not find my eye wrinkle cream yet. I remember that I keep it in my luggage and I never take out from there. I tried to search for it since last few days but could not find it at all. I have no idea where it is already. Hmm.. Would I leave it in hotel on last trip? I clearly remember that already put back my make up bag when packing the luggage. Why is it gone?

99% of the accommodation website that I found is showing very beautiful and attractive rooms and environment. All the information listed in the website would be reasonable, nice and seem like too good to be true. Especially you surely would fall in love with their accommodation by looking at their photos only. However, something would change your mind if you know how to search for accommodation reviews online. Some comments about the accommodation you interested might as bad as you could not imagine. So, be smart when selecting an accommodation for your vacation. Do not spoil your vacation just because of the place you stay.

Yesterday my boss is mumbles about the recycle printer cartridge I bought from a supplier again. Frankly, how do I know they sold me recycle cartridge, I do not know how to differential recycle or real also. Their packing is the same. Besides that, I already told the supplier I want original cartridge and I never expect to be conned by supplier, who already deal for long time.

Lucky that recycle cartridge is not for the epson receipt printer, else my boss sure will blame me trying to spoil it.

CP’s colleague helps her to buy a Lesportsac Paula bag at the price of USD30 at Bali, Indonesia last month. The price is the same as US website. There also having the 30% discount for particulars design as per the website showing. According to CP the price in USD is very cheap after converted to our currency. Now I am thinking that should I buy also or just forget about this brand.

I am having fun to chat with a friend who wants to keep fit in MSN just now. Two of us are working hard on losing weight, we have discussed the best weight loss pills available and which to try before this. However, I am still very curious why she wants to keep fit because she does not look fat at all. I was making joke to her if she continues to keep fit; soon she would be slim..oppss..should be skinny like a stick. haha

Isetan was having members day last week. I am not Isetan member but my friend who is branded fan informed me the member sale. She told me Lesportsac in Isetan discounted up to 50% for old design and 20% to 30 % for other designs. I am quite interested to buy the Deluxe Every day bag actually, but I do not have time to shop at KLCC. What to do then? Nothing I could do but let the chance gone. :’(

Many friends and colleague thought that I am took IT course before because I know quite many thingy related with internet and computer. Well, I always have to classify that I never study IT program and I am not as expert as they are thinking actually. I am just interested in internet and like to go online only. All information I know was what I learn from my mistake. Maybe I have talent in high tech thingy. Haha

Frankly, if I have chance to study again, I probably would go for the online IT degree . I ever think of improve my IT knowledge and change my job. However, due to some family problem I still could not enroll into the online degree I am interested until now.

CP showed me a baking website yesterday night. Their lollipop cake are so attractive and cute. I am so tempting to try their recipe now. I already asked CP where could I find lollipop sticks in local store. I sure need to have lollipop sticks before bake the cake. The problem now is I do not know where to buy it! I never see local store selling this kind of stick also. I wonder could I use satay stick instead of lollipop stick for the lollipop cake.

If I am still not yet married, I am going to select the best from those wedding favors available. If I could not find one that I love then I probably would go oversea, as long as I could find a perfect wedding flavor. Is this sound impossible? I don’t think so, if I have enough money and an understanding husband to be, everything is possible, right?

I have to clean my office table now already. There are so many documents on my table and I am just so lazy to clean them since few months ago. Now, already become small mountain on my table already. haha

Even the Christmas Sales catalogue is on my table also. I better clean all know before my boss see them. :p

I have a good laugh with my colleague yesterday. We chitchatting about our lose weight program yesterday. Both of us always think of lose weight but never success. We have the same problem in lose weight I think. Two of us also have fitness equipment at home but none of us are using it. We just keep them at store and collecting dust only. Hai… We are lazy women always complaint could not lose weight…haha

My sister is visiting to Malacca with her friend this Friday. I am thinking that what could I get her to buy for me in Malacca. Hmmm… but nothing appear in my mind what to buy from there.. haha

I want to eat satay celup again.. Wonder could she buy it for me? haha.. impossible lah.. I want the satay celup that service at small stall and not the food only. haha

I do not know how to use GPS actually. However, my colleague is very expecting. She just using Garmin GPS to drive to Krabi, Thailand. She never been there before but was managed to drive there successfully. She even brought her parent and brother who never been there before together. What a brave trip. Haha.. Maybe I should consider getting a GPS and learning how to use it, so that I would get lost even just in local.

When my sister announced she fall in love again and introduced her boyfriend to us. All of us, her sister and brother wishing hard she would have a nice relationship with this guy and we hope they would get marry soon. We even suggest them to have destination wedding, since destination weddings are very famous nowadays. I also search few destinations that are romantic and nice to plan a unique and luxury wedding. Too bad, everything become useless now. I understand she is very sad now but I just do not know how to comfort her. I only hope she could overcome this sadness very soon and be a happy woman again.
