SYH Hobbies Galore

I finally found an element Yoga class that I like after tried so many classes. I could not say that the class is suitable for me, I still have many poses do not know how to do yet. I think I will have problem to do all the poses as well, anyway, I will try my best to complete those poses if possible.

I like the class environment very much. Maybe because the teacher is funny and I felt I am learning the Yoga post with more relax even the pose is hard to complete.
