I think many people do not know that most hotels provide luggage storage services. I was not know about it two years ago until a trip with friend to Japan. We courier our luggage 1 day before reach the hotel and they did offer luggage storage for us until we check in. When we check out they also help to keep our luggage until we back to the hotel to collect again.

This is great services that should all the travelers know. It make our itinerary going more easily.
