Finally, my father managed to sell off his family’s land. That land is under the name of father’s sibling which given by grandpa. They have been discussing since few years ago must sell off the land before they “leave” this world. I do not know the actual amount of the land but I think it would be an extra income for my father and it is good to keep for his retirement life.

I wish my father would keep some gold bar and pass to us like grandpa too. That surely a big surprise and luxury income for us in the future. Haha… I still prefer to earn and spend my own money. I do not want to spend my parent money anymore. They should keep for themselves and spend for a better retirement life.

I called moneychanger to get some Indonesia Rupiah yesterday. It was a silly feeling of holding 7.5 Million IRP! Although I know, the currency value is not that much actually but me just feeling so happy when seeing the figure on note! Ha-ha… I have about 75pcs of 100,000.00 notes now! Look at the figure just great right?

How great if I having that number in my bankbook! I surely would invest 50% into gold coin and gold bullion market. Then just waiting for good return without doing anything. The returns of gold investment the 50% of 7.5 Million already enough for my living cost.

I already told my mother not to gold jewelry to me. As I do not like to wear those jewelry, especially gold jewelry. I do not know how to match with my clothing at all. I prefer to buy gold billion or gold coins. I always like to invest extra money rather than spend them. I also suggest my parent to buy gold coins and billion as investment for my sibling if they want to pass their wealth to us. I know some of my sibling is not good in personal finance. So I think is good for my parent to pass them an investment rather than cash that they would spend all within a short period. They could earn more profit with gold investment. I think this would be the best method to pass them wealth.

My husband asked me why I want buy gold coins as investment among other profitable investment. In fact, I was not keen to invest into gold until a friend explained the benefit of gold investment to me. She even shows me her gold account amount. Wow. She is making high profit in the gold investment! Although I do not have so much money to invest into gold market as her but I think I could also making profit with little money. Just that I might need longer time than her. I do not care about the time frame, since that money is not for emergency use so I think is ok to take it as long term investment.

I visited a friend who has no meet for year. We have a very good father last week. This is the first time I am visit her new home. Her home looks very elegant and beautiful, she good in home decoration. Everything could be a great decoration item for her. She even use the gold coins given by her parent to decorate her bathroom! Wow… How great if I could use my gold coins for home decoration too. Anyway, I prefer keep all my investment in safe place rather than show to people. Gold always an attractive item, good in value, so better saved it nicely to wait for luxury investment return.

I really could not stand for friend simply spends money on travelling without do their budgeting and studying necessary information. This morning I argued with a friend who has booked a hotel with expensive rate but still think she got the best offer rate. She should use the money to buy gold coins rather than spend for nothing. What I meant it is not worth to pay the extra money for something you could get cheaper. For me, investment is more worth to pay the money since it would get a good return. Furthermore, gold investment is much safer and stable than other type of investment.

I know there are some banks have gold saving account services. One of my friends has gold saving account opened in a local bank too. However, they only invest money in virtual gold but not real gold. They do not even have chance to touch the gold bullion or gold coin. Haha.
I prefer to buy gold coins to keep if possible. Firstly, I could save the bank services charges. Then, the gold rate for bank always is worse than market, that mean I could buy more gold with the same payout. That would make my investment grow faster as well.

I am quite good in calculation because I am in accounting line since I am graduated. Calculating is one of my hobby, so please do not think I am over stingy. I like to count but that does not meant I am a miser. Haha

I think is good to be good in calculation as I know how to plan my future. I would buy gold coins and investing in gold rather than keep all money save in bank. Bank interest rate is very low now; it is not worth to keep money in bank anymore. I prefer to earn more from extra money than little interest.

I still have some money saved in Paypal for three months already. It is not I do not want to withdrawn the money but is the exchange rate too low already. I thought to withdraw today but the exchange rate even worse than three months ago. I am regret no withdraw early now. If I withdrawn early and used the money to buy gold bullion, I think now I already got profit from the gold investment already. My friend who suggests me to buy gold few months ago has a good return now. Anyway, she started her investment since years ago, so no surprise that she is having profit now.

A friend blogged a post about her surgery this morning. She wrote the surgery progress in so detail. I wonder how she could remember it as clearly as she supposed lost consciousness after the anesthesia. Anyway, the surgery she took was not a high-risk surgery, so nothing to worry also. My mother gone through the same surgery few years back. However, my friend complaints to me she stills feeling very pain now. She even has to make sure her bladder is empty before go to bed because she does not want to suffer pain when wake up. Hmm… I wonder should I buy few packs of kendall briefs for her or not. With that she does not have to wake up from sleep when want to peep already. :p

I just asked my friend help me to buy skin care products when she is visiting to Taiwan. I started to apply skin care products since two years ago after visited to my dream destination. I bought quite many high quality skin care products with cheap price there. Now I believe that there is only lazy woman but no ugly woman. If I have enough fund, I probably would enroll into Cosmetology school in Maryland and learn all the knowledge how to be more attractive and beautiful. Besides that, I believe that earning woman money is a very easy and good business. I am one of the women who spent a lot in beauty products.

I am very regret not listen to my friend who is investment into gold last year. The time she recommend gold investment to me, I did do some research to see if this is worth to invest. I asked my husband opinion but he said gold price almost hit the top price already, so he asked me not to start the investment now but later. Current gold price is much higher than one year ago, I was thinking if I bought buy gold bullion that time, now I am already earning some profit. Too bad, I did not do it. I am going to mumble my husband later, he is the one stop me to invest at that time.

When my sister announced she fall in love again and introduced her boyfriend to us. All of us, her sister and brother wishing hard she would have a nice relationship with this guy and we hope they would get marry soon. We even suggest them to have destination wedding, since destination weddings are very famous nowadays. I also search few destinations that are romantic and nice to plan a unique and luxury wedding. Too bad, everything become useless now. I understand she is very sad now but I just do not know how to comfort her. I only hope she could overcome this sadness very soon and be a happy woman again.

A friend started to invest in gold market since last year. According to her, the return from gold investment is very good. She earned more than 1K from a year investment only. She is investing money into virtual gold actually. She bought gold through bank that would be charge certain amount when purchase and sell. I wonder why does she go for real gold because now would be the best time to buy gold bullion since the price is quite good. However, I understand her situation after she told me that she has no place to keep the gold bullion, she does not want her husband know about the investment. My sister finally founds someone love her! I could not believe it also when I heard she said that the guy actually 7 years younger than her! My parents and all the family members do not believe they would last long until a gathering with her boyfriend. Well, I should say that is an “interview” instead of gathering.
Now all of us believe they are working well. I even think of they should have a Cancun Destination Wedding as soon as possible. I believe that place would be great for a couple like them. They need more peaceful wedding rather than noisy wedding at here. I wish them all the best.

How good if the silver and gold market price are predictable, right? If I know when would silver and gold price rise, then I probably will invest all my money when they are selling at low price. I am just kidding, it is impossible for me to foresee future market price. Even a friend who is expert in stock and options market could not predict when would be the best time to invest too. Needless to say someone who does not read news and know nothing about investment. Well, I think I better consult other people and see which would be a safe and stable investment for me.

I been thinking should buy the Kingman Spyder Paintball Guns in an online store I saw online or not since last week. I have a friend will coming back from New York next month, she asks me if I have anything from US need her to bring back or not. There are so many things I wish she could help me to bring back actually. Many products are selling cheap and could not find here. Paintball gun is one of them. Beside that, coach and mini laptop also in my wish list too. Hmm..is she willing to help me bring back those things?

I always feeling empty after back from vacation. It is not only the “feeling” is empty, my financial also become empty already. I ever think to start a new business, especially when an unhappy moment happened in the office. I wish I could be my own boss and do not have to work for other people. Invest into vending machine business is one of business I am quite interested. I like the the fun bring to children what children wish to get from vending machine. All the fun have have showed in the children face, just like what I was little, I love to get chocolate and candy from a vending machine too.

A friend introduced online university to me two years ago. I was not know anything about online university before she introduced to me, I thought we could only further study either at local university or oversea university. Although I was not able to enroll into online university degree in last two years, but it is good to know about I could actually study online with flexible timetable at home. Enroll into online degree has included in my five year planning. I am hoping to study again when my children started to study in primary school. I could study what I like without them at home. Isn’t that great? I couldn’t wait for it already!

I am a person who could not stay at home for a very long period without going to vacation. I would plan my vacation at least twice a year, but I think many people are like me also for this year. Stay at home due to H1N1 disease. After been so boring at home for few months I finally could not stand for it anymore. I want to plan a romantic vacation at a place freat for destination weddings!
