I found a long lost friend in facebook! This should not be news anymore since facebook is already famous as a network to find old friends. However, I am still new to facebook and I am glad I really could found old friends there. I thought my friends who is not familiar with computer (previously) would not joint facebook nor know about online thingy. Seem like I am underestimate them already. Now, almost 80% of my friends have facebook account. haha

After chat with her for two hours, I know only that why she did not keep in touch with me anymore. All because I forget to inform her, my new home addresses 10 years ago. I was too busy in moving arrangement in that few months time, until I totally forget to inform my friend how to keep contact with me. I spent 1 month just to find a good Moving Company and two to three months to pack all the clothing and necessary things. So, do you see how busy am I? haha.. I have to admit that I am quite forgetful too. How could I forget to inform friends regarding my move? Anyway, Lucky I finally found her again. We are friend again!

I have no chance to enjoy spa at weekend already. The Spa center I visit often informed me that they would close down starting from year 2010. I was thinking to search for another spa center, which is nearby my home, as I do not have much time to spend on traveling here and there. I still have two kids to take care, my personal time is super precious, and I do not want to spend on traveling only.

Too bad, I found nothing until today. I am somewhat tempting to buy my own SPA Bath after my sister goading me to buy. She said she found quite many Cheap Baths selling online recently. We could spend a lump sup money to buy a massage round bath and saved all the money spend in future for SPA. I have no idea how much does a bath cost, but my sister is good in calculation. So, she said is worth then surely is worth than visit SPA Center. Since we going to SPA at least once a month, so I think it might be worth to own ourselves rather than pay to SPA center. Well, I am going to ask her show more detail of the baths to me, so that I could check it out by myself too.

My boss is selling computer education software. Children could learn ABC, 123, Body part from the games as early as when they are 2 and 3years old. My boss keeps saying how good and how great about her product benefit children. I am not fully agreed with her actually. No doubt that her education software is very good and really suitable for children below 8 years old to play and learn at the same time. But I do not think is a good idea to let a 2 or 3 years old toddler start to play computer games at such young age.

I prefer to let my children enjoy the real game such as playing baseball, basketball, volleyball, swimming, dancing, singing and many others. I believe they do learn something from those games and not limited to ABC only. I love them to get closer with natural more than computer games.

Besides that, I think the money spend to buy a set of boss’s education software are good enough for me to all necessary sport equipment. If my children like to play baseball then I would use the money to buy them baseball equipment which could play for lifetime. I would be happier than spent the money on education software which could play up to 8 years old only.

Well, I am talking about the education software limited to children aged below 8. If the education software is suitable for all age range than is different story already.

If I am a rich person I am surely will change all my home furniture at least three years once. I am not only buy new furniture few years once but also will change the chair cushions once a year. I would go for the Adirondack Chair Cushions to perfectly compliment my outdoor furniture and personality. Too bad, I am not rich enough to spend money like that. Money for only a set of living room sofa already cost 1 month salary already. So, how could I spend a month salary for that sofa? I do not have enough money even no dinner everyday!

I believe the feeling of a house would change even just done some simple change on the furniture and fitting. Just like how my aunty doing now. They often gave me a surprise when I entering her house. Although I do not visit to order country like her do, but I wish to have a new feeling at home too. Therefore, purchase replacement chair cushions would be one of the best idea to change the living environment.

I received three calls from the same supplier today. He called me every two hours just because I told him his check is with my boss and I will try my best to ask boss release his payment. It is not I do not want to help him but is our company is short of fund now. I already inform my boss regarding company financial difficulty since beginning of the year. Nevertheless, boss was too busy for her new business; she has not brought out a solution until today.

I am trying my best to call debtor everyday; I hope they could make payment on time so that we have cash rolling in. Too bad most debtors just like to delay the payment. It is not they do not have money to pay; they just want to delay our payment to roll in business.

I think boss might need to consider hiring debt collection agent to help us collect payment. We have to get more cash to roll now! I am worry suppliers will stop supply materials to us if we do not make payment in these two months. How could we bring in more sales if there is no production?

Today is Sunday. We suppose have a nice family day today, but all have canceled due to husband has to work today. Pity me and the children have to stay at home for the whole day. I hate this kind of boring day.

My kids wake up very early everyday. They wake me up around 8am today and I could not back to sleep because have to prepare breakfast for them. Today cooked mushroom soup, garlic bread and macaroni soup as breakfast. This already spend 1 hour. After breakfast, I started to make cup cake as I promise my daughter last week. This took me another 1 hour too. Now I am waiting the cup cake to bake and is only 10.30am now! After work so much but just 32 and half hours gone, how do I kill my time until tonight, husband back to take us for dinner?

Well, I have pretty much of time to spend on reading blog posts now. I found some custom posts at Stylehive, a website connecting stylish people. It is good to spend some free time to update my own stylist I think. Maybe I could meet some friends who willing to teach me some skill of beatify me. haha

I always heard people saying that there is no ugly woman but only lazy women who is lazy to dress up or make up themselves. I actually believe it. I am a woman who lazy to dress up and never know how to make up. I remember the day I specially make up for my wedding photography; almost everyone was praise who beautiful I am. Haha.. I felt like myself are a model on the photography day. Previously, I did consider to learn the professional cosmetic skill by enroll into cosmetology schools. Too bad my financial does not allow me to do so.

However, I finally find a way to improve my look by learning more make up skills. There are many great makeup products available in the market; I could use them to improve my looks. I would refer to stylehive website to read reviews before buy a make up product.

Now, I know that a good make up product really could change someone look. I would have a total different look after apply make up. Beside that, I do not want to take risk of bought an expensive but lousy make up product that might spoil my skin. Ha-ha

Last week, I suddenly remember that I should buy some traveling books. I prefer backpack travel since last year tried to my dream destination by myself. I fall in love with the easy and relaxing itinerary. I could plan to go anywhere and any interesting places I like without force myself to meet the common travel package itinerary.

I spent so much time to search for the information for my trip last year. I know traveling book is necessary for me to prepare a DIY trip now. Of course, information searched from internet is very useful too. However, a traveling book would be very helpful also.

I am checking on the borders may 2009 audio books. I wonder do they selling any traveling audio book or not. I think it would be good if I could find a traveling audio book. My English is bad and I have no confident to visit Europe Country actually. However, if I could find some traveling audio books, I think it could increase my confident to visit there. I definitely will learn the pronoun of their location name or even their local language. So that I could at least speak a location and ask for direction. haha

A friend asked me some mortgage questions few months ago. She told me, her husband is interested to invest into property. Her husband is working at oversea, therefore she has to check out the property available and check out current mortgage plans. So that, her husband could make decision which property to buy and get mortgage even he is not here.

Well, this could be a hard work for my friend because she seems like not familiar with this kind of property investment and financial thingy. Anyway, I briefly explain the different of financial packages and hope she gets what I am tried to tell her. Lucky I am got studied about Mortgage package before, if not I do not think I manage to help her on this.

For property investment, I think she has checked out more information and know more than I know already. She told me the St. Thomas Villas seem like a good investment. I checked out the St. Thomas Villas website just now. Their Villa’s looks great! I mean it is very beautiful and elegant. If I have money to invest into property, I think I probably will buy the St. Thomas Villas too! Going to there on vacation once a while is a great idea!

I made more than 10 calls to check out the mortgage package since last week. I think I could be a professional Mortgage seller now also. Basically, there are three types of home loan available in the market now. There are conventional home loan, BLR adjustable Mortgage and Flexi BLR adjustable Mortgage.

I am interested in the third type package, which is operating in two account, mortgage account and current account. I would consider dumping in extra to save in interests. However, I would need to withdraw the excess money for emergency use in the future. Therefore, a mortgage provided withdraw facility would solve my problem.

The only problem I am worry now is that package required loan amount 100K and above. My apartment is not located in prima location, I am quite worry the property market price is not good. I heard that there already few unit lots are sold with the selling price cheaper than our purchase price.

If I want to invest into property in future, I probably will search for the St. Thomas Real Estate. Real Estate market in St. Thomas looks much better than others. I think purchase property at that kind of location surely will bring luxury profit.

My sister just MSN me and told me the wireless router already damaged. She could not online already. She is asking my help now. Oh my..How should I know what to do? She could ask brother send the wireless router to repair shop and check what problem is it. On the other hand, just buy a new wireless to replace it! I paid the wireless router that spoilt! I have not requested them to replace a new one for me.

They do not have to expect me to buy another new one for them. I rather top up more money to buy the Chloe bikini. Spend money to buy the Chloe bikini that I like is much worth than spend on the wireless router that not using by me.

My sister is quite pity also. The internet connection fee is pay by my sister and I monthly. Now, I do not online often at there anymore, and due to the wireless router problem. My sister could not online with the laptop also. I think she better asks brother give back the modem to her, so that she could go online with the laptop without using wireless function. Who pay the internet fees then who has right to use it. Whose does not pay has no right to use the line! :p

Previously, I thought that every pregnancy should be very happy. I have a different view today. I know I should not have negative thinking; however, I could not stop thinking of the case I saw from friends. Maybe not every pregnancy is happy. Especially you are not expecting to have another child so quickly.

I have two friends who get pregnant immediately after confinement. Now their baby already is 6 months old and 1 year old respectively. The age between two siblings is only 1 year. Many problems begin after the baby is birth. Imaging how a mother takes care of a 6 months old and 18 months old babies. Two babies need her attention and she could not separate into two to fulfill their need. I see my friend become hot temper due to this and have more blame to her husband because of the kid’s problem as week.

Family and relationship in husband wife have become worst. I am trying to help but seem nothing can help also. What I could do is just recommend her to read more gurgle books. I hope that she would discover the fresh, exciting new voice in pregnancy and parenting

A friend is working in a used car company. She often complain to me she not only has to in charge for the correspondent work for the used car company, but also have to deal with ca rental company that under her boss as well. Two companies are operating in the same office and make her workload increased.

Her boss likes to order her to do those works that is not in her job function.
I think she really getting annoy when her boss requests her to do this and that for another company which is not the one pay her salary. I also curious why does her boss does not assign to other staff who is working in the car rental company. They should be the one who in charge the job in the company, right?

Lucky my friend has quite many years working experience in car industrial already. She could consider to work in New York and find jobs in the Car Service NY companies. I believe she could get very good offer from those car service companies. Then, I could get her to help me booking cheap car service when I travel to New York in the future. haha

I always think that my taste of clothing fashion is not out until I saw how my sister’s clothing. I think I am really out already. I need someone to show me what the trendy clothing is. I want to look young and do not want to give old image to people.

I forget to tell you people, my sister is working in a quite famous clothing factory. She often went to oversea for business trip. She is in charge of collecting new clothing design and trendy information in clothing. Therefore, she would be the one to show me all those beautiful clothing and teach me to how to be a trendy woman. Ha-ha

The very first dress that she showed me was the See by Chloe dress. Below are the top and dress that she finds for me. I like the top very much but the dress is not my type of favor. OK..I have to admit that it is not because the dress is not beautiful but is because my body shape does not fit in the dress. I will look fat and short if wearing that kind of dress. Beautiful dress like this is more suitable for people who are slim and tall but not me.

I bought so many bedtime stories books to my daughter since 2 years ago. I bought Barney books, Clifford the big dog, Frog Franklin and others from local and online bookshop. I think I spent at least few hundred USD for all the books already. My daughter likes to read those books when first bought them back. Now, she does not interest to read those books anymore. Maybe she gets boring with old books already. I think I have to search for another batch of books for her already.

I am checking on the children books available at borders.co.uk. They have wide range of children books. The jolly phonic education CD sets catch my attention. I have been searching for this kind of education program since last year. My English is bad; therefore, it is impossible for me to teach my kid English. I am looking forward to get this type of jolly phonics education CD to help me teach my kid English. I hope they could pick up the correct pronoun of English words. Besides children education book, I interested in few magazine subscriptions and CDs as well. Think I would spend some money in this online store again.

I am so worry when I know I lost my necklace and bracket. I used to wear them everyday without take it off. That is why I so shocked when I found I did not wearing them yesterday. I am too forgetful. I have forgotten I took of the necklace and bracket the day before because of my allergy. Many red dots pop out on that day, therefore I took off my necklace and bracket to apply some cream and totally forget to wear it after that.

My husband laughed at me because I keep looking here and there yesterday. I could not remember I put the Twinkle necklace in the make up box already. He say nothing but point to the make up box and hint me to find it there after saw me look like a crazy women searching up and down.
Of course, I found the necklace and bracket finally. Oh my…lucky I did not lose it. The necklace is a Valentine gift gave by husband 10 years ago. It is very valuable to me. I do not want to lose anything that given by him. I think I better do not take off the necklace again; I do not want to repeat the same mistake again.

I am trying to search a good deal for my coming vacation in Macau. I have not make up my mind should stay in the hotel located in Macau city or Taipa yet. I want a place near to airport, and also nearby city. So that we could have a walk at night without take any transportation after back to hotel. I am quite confused when looking on the map. Macau looks very small in the map, but I am not sure is the distance between location I want to visit is same as I estimate or not. I think I better find more information. I hope that I could find the best hotel deal.

I impressed by the Venetian Macau hotel. Their room is very big and luxury. Even their bathrooms look so huge and “gold”! I wish to stay in this super luxury hotel for one or two nights. I am interested to book their Bella suite, which come with two queen size bedroom and a living room with a full size sofa bed. I am not very sure the full size sofa bed they mention is sofa bed that fix two adults or just a simple sofa bed for one person. Hmm.. I think I better email them and ask for more details. If it is sofa bed for 2 people, then I definitely will book the Bella Suite!

I am reading a friend blog this morning and found that her company going move to new place soon. Her complaint the difficult of moving company because her colleague and she would be the labor to do the moving works. Mind you, 90% of the staff in her company is woman! If only move some file or other light items should not be a problem. Could you believe that her boss still want them to move those heavy furniture and fitting? Pity them have to be labor for so many days also.

Perhaps her wish would come true. Maybe her company would consider her suggestion, hire a Moving Company to help them move the office rather than request all the staff to move those heavy furniture and fitting. Hmm..I think she better collect more information about moving company. Especially the services they provided and what could they help on moving office. I think she would have stronger reason to suggest her boss to agree her suggestion with more benefit of hire a moving company. Also, never forget to get quotation from few moving companies, so that she could show the cheapest cost to hire a moving company. I beg every boss look at the price first. haha

There is more and more offer from flight companies nowadays. We could easily find cheap flight ticket to oversea now. No joke, I personally already booked two trips. All because of the 0 air fare offer by our local flight company. I could not resist to book the flight ticket when I saw the totally charges. Last year, I have booked flight ticket to Hong Kong with only US$30! It is two ways flight ticket! Could you believe how cheap that is? Everyone looks very surprise when I told them the air fare only cost me US$30 per person. Haha.

Besides that, I also booked the air ticket to Gold Coast last month. Yes, the flight company had 0 fare promotion again. Although I was not managed to grab the 0 fare seat but I got a cheaper fare which only cost US$300 for two ways. I think it would be only cost US$200 if I manage to get the 0 fare. Too bad I was too late to know the promotion. I started to search for the flight at the afternoon only, which already half day late than other people.

I will plan for New York Tours soon. I am keep track on the flight promotion now. I hope to hunt the cheapest air fare to New York. This time I am going to plan a romantic vacation with husband only. haha

I have to admit that I am not a good mother. I do not know how to take care my children. I have few day holidays since last weekend. I been accompany my children 24 hours but I do not know what they want and how to protect them. My two children fall in sick now, all because they have a careless mother.

I let them swim after rain and them catch cold right after back from swim. Well, I should not so careless. I should consider they might get cold if swim at that time because weather turn into cold after rain. Too bad, this stupid mother does not consider about this and just let them swim in a cold day. I already brought them to visit doctor and now I have to spend more time in take care of them.

I think I have to learn more about how to take care of children now. I read the article titled How to cope with preschool illnesses last few days. I believe I have learnt something new there. It is very useful to a careless parent like me. I better start to read more articles in the website now. I have to prepare myself and take good care of them. I do not want them to fall in sick so easily again.
